Established in the year 1973, at Delhi, our business operations are being led under the able leadership of Mr. Ratan Lal Agarwal. Production Process
The production process involved in the manufacturing of the socks include:
Knitting- Job card is issued to the operator as per the order specifications
- Knitting done on knitting machines
- Operator forwards knitted socks along with job card to linking operator
Linking- Linking performed by specially trained linking operators
- It can be hand-linking or rosso-linking
- After the process, operator forwards socks for washing/ pressing along with job card
Washing/ Softening/ Anti-bacterial- Socks washed/ softened and undergo anti-bacterial treatment as per the requirements
Boarding and Pairing- Socks taken to steam boarding machines along with job card
- Socks pressed and paired according to the specifications
Labeling- Socks put through labeling process
- Labeling done according to labeling specifications given by the buyers
Packaging- Labeled socks are packed according to given packing instructions provided by buyer
- Pairs are packed into poly bags and these are and the finally packed in cartons

Socks Quality
We are a quality conscious company and ensure that the socks are manufactured using finest mercerized, super combed cotton, which are procured from reputed mills of India. These are plated with lycra or spandex, for providing extra comfort, durability as well as stretch-ability.
Some of the steps undertaken by us to maintain end quality standards of the finished socks include:- Use of special quality yarns that provide resistance against bacteria and fungus
- Use of 'Lurex', for shining effect
- 'Super Wash Wool' for smooth and softer feel
- 'Bouclet' for raised effect
- Socks pre washed & treated with special enzymes for bio polishing that provide softer feel as well as better moisture absorption
